Please choose the correct shipping rate when purchasing. Orders that have not chosen the correct method may have their order cancelled and refunded without notice. 

Rates as follows:
 

• Rolleston Delivery (within the Rolleston township) - $3.00

• SMALL Items ONLY - Includes Keyrings, decals or anything that will fit in an A5 mailer - $6.50

• Urban - $9.00

• Rural - $12.00

All fragile orders come wrapped in bubble wrap or packing. In an effort to reduce plastic waste, all bubble wrap or packing used has been recycled and reused from businesses or people who were getting rid of it. All packing is clean and I encourage you to reuse again! 

Returns cannot be made for personalised orders (unless damaged upon arrival) 

Please check your order very carefully to ensure you have correct spelling and information, or if I have sent a proof please check there has been no errors made.

If you have changed your mind after a ready to send item has been sent - you will need to return it in perfect condition and cover all costs of shipping. Replacement item will then be sent or a refund given. (cost of item only, excludes shipping)
