SHIPPING POLICY
Shipping is $7.50 for Urban and $9.00 Rural.
Free over $90.
Orders are sent with NZ Post, Non Signature tracked. If you require signature please let me know before hand.
If you have not received your package - please contact NZ Post directly with your tracking number. This will be the quickest way to update and get your order sorted. If they have deemed the package lost please let me know.
RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
Returns cannot be made for personalised orders (unless damaged upon arrival)
Please check your order very carefully to ensure you have correct spelling and information, or if I have sent a proof please check there has been no errors made.
If you have changed your mind after a ready to send item has been sent - you will need to return it in perfect condition and cover all costs of shipping. Replacement item will then be sent or a refund given. (cost of item only, excludes shipping)
